Separate personal data consents

The two consents below are independent and concern different operators and purposes. Each applies only when selected separately in its relevant interface. Opening this page or browsing the site gives neither consent. Reading the privacy policy does not replace consent.
1. Separate consent to website analytics
Operator: SAN PORTO LLC (ООО «САН ПОРТО»), OGRN 1227700519694, INN 7730285464; 121165, Russia, Moscow, Kutuzovsky Prospekt, 35, floor 1, premises XXIX, room 2.
By choosing “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice or settings on shishandtwist.com or shishandtwist.ru, I freely give this operator separate consent to process my information as described here to measure site visits and improve usability.
Information and processing: Yandex Metrica № 113707256 processes browser/cookie identifiers, IP address, device and browser details, page views, visit time and duration, and available traffic-source information to measure visits and improve the site. Session Replay (Webvisor) is not enabled. Automated operations include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, use, depersonalisation, blocking and deletion, and provision to Yandex Metrica limited to this purpose. The service is supplied by YANDEX LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow, 119021, Russia; see the Yandex Metrica: terms of use and data processing.
Scope: this is not consent to advertising messages, public disclosure or analytics use of my name, contacts, payment details, delivery address or private messages. Personal input and private shop areas are excluded from recordings. This consent is not required to watch episodes or make a purchase.
Duration and withdrawal: consent takes effect when separately confirmed and continues until the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless the lawful need ends earlier. Turn off “Analytics · Yandex Metrica” in “Cookie settings” and choose “Save choice” to stop further analytics from this browser. For withdrawal or requests about previously collected information, email info@sanporto.ru with the subject “Withdraw analytics consent”, the domain and information needed to identify the processing. Withdrawal does not undo previous processing; deletion follows the law where no other lawful ground remains.

2. Separate consent for the shop
Operator: KUSHA LLC (ООО «КУША»), OGRN 1177746542324, INN 7730236643; 121165, Russia, Moscow, Kutuzovsky Prospekt, 35, premises 29, room 8.
By selecting the separate, initially unchecked personal-data consent in checkout, I consent to KUSHA LLC processing the information I provide to receive and support my order, contact me, arrange payment and delivery, handle returns and resolve purchase-related enquiries.
Information: first and last name, optional patronymic, phone, email, delivery address or pickup point, supplied recipient details, order contents and value, payment/delivery methods and status, necessary comments; profile and order association when signed in; entered company and representative details for business purchases. Selecting this checkbox does not establish authority over another person’s data: provide it only where you have a lawful basis.
Operations and recipients: automated and necessary manual collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, provision to order service providers, blocking, depersonalisation, deletion and destruction. Necessary information goes to communication providers, the selected delivery service, YooKassa payment service and information-system providers; address suggestions use DaData. Each disclosure is limited to the relevant function. Full card details are entered with the payment service.
Independent grounds: entering into and performing the contract may also rely on Article 6(1)(5), Law No. 152-FZ, and legal duties on Article 6(1)(2). This consent does not replace those grounds, the terms of sale or separate analytics consent. It does not include advertising or public posting.
Duration and withdrawal: processing based on consent continues until its stated purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn. Use the contacts in the KUSHA LLC: seller privacy policy or send a request to info@sanporto.ru with the subject “Shop personal data” and an order number if available. Withdrawal does not automatically delete records the seller must retain by law or may process on another lawful ground. Procedures and deadlines depend on the law and nature of the request.
3. Legal representatives
Where a representative gives consent, their authority must be checked. Watching episodes does not require a child’s name or contact details. Purchases and decisions about processing a child’s information should involve a parent or other legal representative as required by law.
