Cookies and privacy settings

Cookies are small browser records sent with matching website requests. Local and session storage keep settings in your browser. We distinguish records needed for a feature you request from optional audience analytics.

1. Records needed for the selected feature

The site and shop use browser storage to remember your privacy choice, favourites and basket, and session cookies to maintain secure shop access. Such records serve the feature you selected and are not permission for audience tracking. Basket and favourites can contain product identifiers and quantities; signing in can also synchronise them with the seller’s account.

A session record lasts for its configured session. Local browser records remain until they are replaced, expire under their settings or are cleared. The privacy choice belongs to the current browser and domain; .com and .ru may ask separately.

2. Optional Yandex Metrica

Yandex Metrica № 113707256 processes browser/cookie identifiers, IP address, device and browser details, page views, visit time and duration, and available traffic-source information to measure visits and improve the site. Session Replay (Webvisor) is not enabled.

The analytics script and its network requests start only after the separate analytics choice. Metrica can use cookies such as _ym_uid, _ym_d and other _ym* records, as well as local storage. Their actual names and lifetimes depend on the enabled features. The provider maintains the Yandex Metrica: cookies and browser storage; for example its visitor identifier may last one year. A cookie lifetime is not a promise that all analytics records are retained for that period.

Your consent covers website statistics only. It does not allow a newsletter, advertising messages or sending personal shop fields to analytics. See the separate analytics consent.

3. Change your choice or clear records

You can use “Cookie settings” in the footer to allow analytics or continue without it. Refusing does not block episodes or purchases. Closing the notice, scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. A later withdrawal stops future analytics from this browser; it does not recall requests already sent. Browser settings can delete or block cookies and storage. Clearing them resets the saved choice and may clear the basket or sign-in. You can also use the Yandex Metrica opt-out extension. Blocking all necessary records may affect the shop; refusing optional analytics does not.

4. Requested external services

Starting a video, requesting address suggestions, opening the pickup map or proceeding to payment connects to the relevant provider for that function. Their technical requests are distinct from the optional Metrica choice. The services and information involved are described in the privacy policy. Ordinary links to ROLCE and retail partners take you to websites with their own settings and policies.
